This Welcome Guide is here to help you feel confident, informed, and at ease as you begin your journey with Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). Here, you’ll find everything you need to get started — including what to expect during your session and a Consent to Treat form that you need to sign.

Your RTT Session Checklist:
Here's a simple pre-session checklist to help make sure you’re comfortable, focused, and ready to dive in:

Power ready: Ensure your laptop or device is charged (and plugged in, just in case).

Private space: Let housemates know you’ll be unavailable, and keep pets in another room if possible.

Quiet zone: Silence your phone, close tabs, and pause notifications.

Good lighting: Keep your space well-lit, especially if it may get darker while we’re meeting. (I’ll need to see you clearly, and you’ll need to see me too.)

Room to move: Have space to raise your arms comfortably in front of you — you’ll see why during the session.

Comfort first: Choose a spot to fully relax — a chair, couch, or bed with a pillow or blanket nearby.

Tissues handy: Sometimes emotions arise in beautiful, unexpected ways.

Stay hydrated: Keep a glass of water nearby.

Finally, try to prepare ahead of time to settle in, breathe deeply, and give yourself this moment of calm before we begin. You deserve it.

Client Agreement & Consent
Thank you for choosing to work with me. Before we begin your sessions, please take a moment to read through the following information and acknowledge your understanding:
Scope of Treatment: Your sessions will include Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), which combines elements of hypnotherapy, coaching, and transformational language to help uncover and release subconscious blocks and limiting beliefs. The aim is to create positive change in areas such as stress, anxiety, confidence, weight, career, and more.
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice for each session, or for the full treatment plan if agreed upon during your consultation.
Confidentiality: All information shared during your RTT sessions will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality, in accordance with privacy and legal requirements. Please feel free to ask questions at any time.
Session Recordings: Sessions are recorded to provide you with a personalized audio designed to reinforce the positive changes we’ve worked on. By signing this agreement, you consent to being recorded and receiving the recording, unless you choose to opt out.
Right to Discontinue: You may withdraw consent and discontinue treatment at any time. If you do so, any sessions not yet conducted will be refunded on a prorated basis.
Health & Wellness Disclaimer: RTT can be highly beneficial but is not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment. If you are currently receiving care for a physical or mental health condition, please consult your healthcare provider and continue to follow their guidance.
Client Responsibility: Your active participation is essential. While RTT is a powerful method for transformation, results depend on your willingness to engage with the entire process. Individual results may vary.
Personalized Transformation Recording: Following your session, you will receive a personalized recording created specifically for you. This recording is designed to reinforce the shifts made during your session and support your subconscious reprogramming. To maximize results, you are expected to listen daily for at least 21 days. Consistent listening is a vital part of your healing and integration process.
Sobriety Requirement: If you are in recovery from addiction or alcoholism, you must remain sober during our work together. RTT requires full mental clarity and emotional presence. I cannot guarantee results if sobriety is not maintained.
