Booking & Payments

In-person sessions require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the session.
Online sessions require full payment at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Failure to complete payment within the required time frame may result in cancellation of the session.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of in-person sessions.
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of online sessions.
No refunds are issued for cancellations made within these notice periods.

Session Expectations

Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrival may result in a shortened session without refund.
Clients must attend sessions sober and in an appropriate mental and physical state to benefit from hypnotherapy and nervous system–based work.

Medical and Psychological Conditions

You must inform Doug Godfrey of all relevant medical, psychological, or neurological conditions prior to sessions.
Hypnotherapy is contraindicated for individuals with epilepsy or psychosis.
If you are currently under medical or psychological care, you are responsible for obtaining consent from your licensed healthcare provider prior to participation.

Audio Recordings

Any audio recordings provided are for personal use only.
Recordings must never be listened to while driving, operating machinery, or engaging in activities requiring full concentration.
Recordings are confidential and may not be shared, distributed, reproduced, or sold.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

Written materials and articles
Audio recordings, PDFs, and downloads
Courses, resources, and session materials

is the intellectual property of Your Sovereign Mind, LLC, unless otherwise stated.

No materials may be reproduced, distributed, republished, transmitted, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

All services, sessions, and content provided by Your Sovereign Mind are offered on an educational and self-improvement basis only.
